Privacy Policy

Cyberdream Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) discloses this Privacy Policy under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of visitors to cyberdream.co.kr and to handle related requests promptly.

1. Information we process and how we collect it

  • Inquiries (entered by you with consent): required — inquiry type, your name, email, inquiry details / optional — company or organization, phone number, expected schedule (collected only if you give separate consent).
  • Stored with an inquiry: first page visited, referring site (domain only), campaign link tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), and a daily visitor identifier.
  • Visit records (collected automatically): visit time, page visited, first page visited, IP address, referring site (domain only), campaign link tags, device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), browser type, and a daily visitor identifier.
  • The daily visitor identifier is a one-way hash of the IP address and browser information for that date; the raw browser string is not stored. Automated crawlers and visits to the admin pages are not recorded.

2. Purposes

  • Responding to inquiries and consultations.
  • Site usage statistics: page visit counts, referral paths and campaign performance.
  • Site security: identifying automated scanners and abnormal repeated access.

3. Legal basis

  • Inquiries: your consent (required and optional items are consented to separately).
  • Visit records: the Company's legitimate interest in site statistics and security (Article 15(1)(6) of the Personal Information Protection Act). Taking the rights and freedoms of data subjects into account, the Company collects only the minimum needed for these purposes, and referring sites are stored as domains only.

4. Retention and destruction

  • Visit records are deleted automatically 180 days after collection.
  • Inquiries are deleted automatically from the website database 180 days after submission. Copies forwarded to the Company's mailbox are deleted within 180 days under the Company's operating procedure.
  • If an inquiry leads to a quotation or contract, records needed for that transaction are moved to separate contract and accounting files and kept for the period required by law.
  • In the website database, deleted records are overwritten so they cannot be restored.
  • Server backups are encrypted and kept daily for the last 7 days, weekly for the last month and monthly for the last 6 months; backups older than 6 months are deleted by a daily cleanup job. Deleted records may therefore remain in backups for up to 6 months. If the backup job was interrupted, they are deleted at the first cleanup after it resumes.

5. Provision to third parties

  • The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law.

6. Outsourcing and international transfer

  • Processor: Gabia Inc. (Hiworks mail service)
  • Task: sending inquiry notification emails and storing them in the Company's mailbox
  • Period: until the outsourcing contract ends or the retention period above expires
  • The website runs on a server operated by the Company in Korea. Personal information is not transferred outside Korea.

7. Your rights

  • You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time.
  • Contact the Privacy Officer below by email or phone. We will verify your identity and act without delay. Requests may also be made through an authorized representative.

8. Security measures

  • Admin pages are restricted to password-authenticated administrators, and IP addresses are reviewed only for security purposes (identifying abnormal access).
  • Communication between you and the website is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Referring sites are stored as domains only, so search terms and page paths are not kept. Visit records and inquiries are not sent to external services such as location lookups.

9. Automatic collection tools

  • No cookies are used for visitors.
  • Referral information and a duplicate-visit marker are kept temporarily in your browser's session storage and are removed when you close the tab. You can block site data in your browser settings; the website and inquiry form still work.

  • We will announce any changes to this policy on the website before they take effect. The Korean version prevails.
